Cancellation Policy
Cancelling or Rescheduling must be done 30 hrs before appointment time or a fee of 50% of services scheduled will be applied.
Cancelling 8 hrs or less before appointment time results in a 100% cancellation fee of services scheduled.
No shows are charged 100%.
ALL appointments must be confirmed before the 30 hr policy or they will be cancelled.
Late policy is 7 minutes, if you are not in the suite by that 7 minute mark you will be charged 100% of the service & appointment will be cancelled.
-No extra guests allowed.
-Deposits are non refundable.
